Section - 1 - Project Overview
This section provides you with an overview of your schduled project, this includes day rates, location and current dates. It is expected that you remain on the rig until the clients full scope of work (SOW) is completed. To avoid any confusion, Subseaquence support will only arrange inbound return flights and logistics once we have received formal conformation from a client representative. Once this has been agreed please kindly instruct the client employee to email support@subseaquence.com once the demobilisation date is confirmed.

2. Travel Rate: USD 950
Maximum of 1 day each way if applicable
3. Standby Rate (if applicable): USD 950
Only applicable if agreed by the client. This covers any standby days that have been agreed with the client due to delays.
(If at any time Subseaquence believes that the client will dispute these days we reserve the right to hold back payment of these days until the client initiates the payment).

All forms and documents are at the request of the drilling contractor or operator. The are two sections below to be completed section and read only section. For the ‘to be returned’ section please return to support@subseaquence.com. The read-only section is for you to read and familiarise yourself with the client’s requirements.

Below is your travel documents that you will require for your scheduled project. Please be sure to check and download each form prior to your departure so they are accessible on all your devices. This will ensure you can still view them without wifi access.

Below you will find the questions and answers to most of you remain questions. By accepting this project you are accepting our terms and conditions below. If any questions or answers are not mentioned within the FAQ’s please refer to the ‘Terms and Conditons’.

Contractor Pre-Departure and On-Job Guidance
1. Documents to Take on the Job
Take hard copies of all documents attached in your Contractor Zone.
Print them and carry in a plastic-sleeved folder to avoid any issues with Wi-Fi or device access.
Ensure you read all joining instructions and understand the requirements for when you arrive in-country.
2. Seaman’s Book
If you have a valid seaman’s book, please alwasy take it with you on the job.
This document is essential due to certain exemptions granted to seamen when traveling during COVID.
If you do not have one, apply ASAP.
3. Issues During the Job
Report any issues on the rig to support@subseaquence.com this is picked up by the entire team as SSQ and will be actioned.
Subseaquence will assist with solutions and liaise as required.
4. Expense Claims
Clearly state the currency for each expense.
If multiple currencies are used, indicate this and leave the total amount blank.
Non-reclaimable items:
Food and beverages to and from the job whilst in transit (this wil be voided on your expense form)
Airport parking
Personal travel upgrades
Reclaimable items:
Airport lounge access for delays of 5+ hours (entrance cost only)
Travel to/from local airport beyond 25 miles (submit mileage or receipts)
Expenses without receipts or proof of purchase are void.
Additional costs from missed flights/accommodation due to negligence cannot be claimed. Contact Clyde Travel at 0141 427 1600 if there’s a risk of missing a flight.
5. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Subseaquence provides coveralls and a safety helmet.
Other PPE (boots, gloves, glasses, etc.) must be supplied by the contractor.
Short-notice projects may result in delays in PPE delivery.
6. Forms Required at the End of Your Hitch
Timesheet: Blank document to be completed, signed by a client representative.
Appraisal: Blank document to be completed, signed by a client representative.
Expense Claim Form: Submit with your signed timesheet within 48 hours of project completion. Late submissions are not claimable.
7. Accidents on the Job
Report immediately to your on-job spokesperson (senior Subseaquence staff).
Follow client-specific accident procedures.
Refer to your Accident Insurance Document in your Contractor Zone for full instructions.
For emergencies, ensure client approval before acting on the insurance action plan.
8. Additional Forms
All required forms will be uploaded to your Contractor Zone before departure.
May include: Essential travel letters, Visa waivers, joining instructions, mandotory forms to be coemplted or read etc.
9. Salary and Certificates
Salary will be paid ten working days from project demobilization.
Contractors are responsible for all certificates, including offshore medical, survival, and well control. Subseaquence does not cover these costs.
